Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to selected areas of South Bangalore. Enter your pincode on the website to check before you subscribe.
Which days do you deliver?
Monday to Saturday. There is no delivery on Sundays.
How do I pay?
Plans are billed monthly, fully in advance, through our secure Razorpay checkout (UPI, cards, net banking). You can choose to renew manually each month or switch on auto-renew.
Can I pay weekly or in parts?
No. All plans are monthly and paid in full before service starts. Single-meal plans have a minimum of one month.
Do I need my own tiffin?
Meals are delivered only in 3-tier stainless steel tiffins. You can buy our Signature Tiffin set or use your own if it is food-grade steel, 3-tier and leak-proof. Tiffins are billed separately from the plan.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. Pause from your account before the cut-off time the day before, and the paused days are added to the end of your month.
Is the food really home-cooked?
Yes. Everything is cooked fresh each morning in hygienic small kitchens, not a cloud kitchen or restaurant. No preservatives, no premixes, no frozen food.
When is non-veg served?
Only at lunch, on the days of your plan. Breakfast and dinner are always vegetarian.
Do you cater events?
Yes. We cater events from 10 guests upwards, set up grazing tables, supply corporate events and run food stalls at communities, villas, offices and apartments. Send an enquiry and we will share a quote.
