These terms apply when you use https://ruchigruham.com or subscribe to a Ruchi Gruham meal plan, order a product, or book an event service. By subscribing or ordering you agree to them.
Meal subscriptions
- Plans are billed monthly, 100% in advance. Partial or weekly payments are not accepted, and a subscription starts only after full payment is received.
- Meals are delivered Monday to Saturday. There is no delivery on Sundays or on holidays we announce in advance; holiday days are added to the end of your billing month.
- Single-meal plans are priced per meal for every delivery day in the month and require a minimum of one month.
- Service is available only at addresses in our delivery areas. We may decline or refund an order for an address we cannot serve.
- Non-veg plans include non-veg dishes at lunch on the days stated for the plan. Breakfast and dinner are vegetarian.
- The menu changes from day to day and may change at short notice depending on ingredient availability.
Tiffins
- Meals are delivered only in 3-tier stainless steel tiffins. You must provide the required number of sets, either bought from us or your own if they are food-grade stainless steel, 3-tier and leak-proof.
- Please keep the previous day's tiffin ready for collection at delivery time. We are not responsible for delays caused by tiffins not being available.
- Tiffins bought from us are billed separately and become your property.
Pausing, renewal and plan changes
- You can pause deliveries from your account before the cut-off time shown there. Paused days are added to the end of your billing month rather than refunded.
- Renewal payments must be made before your month ends to avoid a break in service. If you choose auto-renew, you authorise us to charge your saved payment method through Razorpay at each renewal until you turn auto-renew off.
- Plan changes take effect from your next billing month.
Event services
Catering, grazing tables, corporate supply and food stalls are provided on a quote. A booking is confirmed once you accept the quote and pay the advance stated in it. Final guest counts, menus and timings are as agreed in writing with you.
Food safety and allergies
Our food is prepared in kitchens that handle common allergens including dairy, nuts, gluten and sesame. Tell us about any allergy before subscribing or booking; we cannot guarantee an allergen-free meal.
Prices
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. We may change plan prices; a change applies from your next billing month, never to a month you have already paid for.
