Meal subscriptions
- Plans are paid monthly in advance. Instead of refunds for missed days, you can pause deliveries from your account before the cut-off time; paused days are added to the end of your month.
- You can cancel auto-renew at any time from your account. Your current month continues until its end date and you won't be charged again.
- If we are unable to deliver a meal because of a problem on our side, we will add the missed day to the end of your month.
- If we cannot serve your address after you have paid, we will refund the full amount.

Tiffins
Tiffins can be returned unused within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Tiffins that have been used for food cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Event services
Cancellation terms for catering, grazing tables, corporate orders and food stalls are stated in your quote, as advances cover ingredients bought for your event.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
