- Account details: your name, email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile name and email.
- Delivery details: phone number and delivery address, so we can deliver and contact you about your order.
- Orders and payments: the plans and products you buy and payment status. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store them.
- Enquiries: what you tell us in contact and event forms.
- Usage data: pages visited and basic device information through analytics cookies, used to improve the site.
How we use it
To run your subscription and deliveries, take payments, send receipts and renewal reminders, reply to enquiries, and improve our service. We may send you offers by email or WhatsApp; you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the site and your orders: Razorpay (payments), Supabase (database and login), Vercel (hosting), our email provider, and our delivery staff (name, phone and address for delivery). We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active and afterwards only as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.
Your choices
You can update your details from your account. To get a copy of your data or delete your account, email order@ruchigruham.com.
